  • For a smooth experience, wear comfortable shoes and clothing, as our tour includes stairs.

  • To stay cool and hydrated during the summer months, we recommend bringing a water bottle, a hat, or an umbrella for sun protection.

Do you have break times?

  • Depending on the tour you have booked, there will be one or two breaks for taking photos or restroom breaks for roughly ten minutes each.

Can I cancel the tour I already booked?

  • You may cancel your tour without incurring any fees if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour's start time are non-refundable.

Can I tip the tour guide?

  • Our tour guides are committed to delivering an extraordinary and memorable experience. Should you find their service exceptional, gratuities are greatly appreciated.

What time should I arrive at the meeting point?

  • We kindly request that you arrive at the designated meeting point no less than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the tour.

What if I am late?

  • Please be advised that we are unable to accommodate late arrivals, as the tour schedule is strictly adhered to. To ensure you do not miss any part of the experience, we urge you to arrive on time. Arriving promptly will guarantee that you fully enjoy the tour without any disruptions.

Can I add more people to my booking?

  • You are welcome to include additional participants in your booking, provided that the total number of attendees remains within the established group size limit. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend notifying us of any changes as early as possible to accommodate your request effectively.

Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?

  • Due to the numerous stairs included in the tour, those using strollers may need to carry them sometime.

  • Wheelchair users should be aware that certain sections may require temporary pauses at designated locations to accommodate accessibility needs.

What language do you speak on the tour?

  • Currently, our tours are exclusively conducted in English. However, we are actively working towards expanding our linguistic offerings to include a variety of languages in the near future.

How can I pay the remaining balance?

  • The outstanding balance is to be settled in Japanese yen, in cash, at the commencement of the tour. We kindly request that you prepare the exact amount to facilitate a smooth and efficient start to your experience.

Can I get back my deposit?

  • No deposit is required for the tour. If you need to reschedule, we can accommodate a different date if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I review your tour?

  • We would greatly appreciate your thoughtful feedback and eagerly anticipate hearing your detailed reviews about your experience with us. Your insights are invaluable to us.

Can I bring children?

  • Yes, children under 13 years old can join the tour for free. We warmly welcome families to join us!

Can I take a video the tour?

  • No, we prohibit any videoing of our tours. Thank you for your cooperation.

Do you have recommendations for any foods?

  • Yes, we offer a selection of food recommendations, which will be shared during the tour. You can also ask our tour guides any questions you have during the tour.

Should I use the restroom before the tour starts?

  • Yes, please use the restroom before coming to the meeting area. It may be an hour or two before we take a break.
